Enjoy your visit to Gines-Seville, staying in a luxury fully-equipped chalet. Villa-Andalucía is a three-storey independent house situated in the Sevillian Aljarafe, only 6 km from Seville city centre, its historic sites and commercial district. Located in a quiet residential area, various restaurants, shopping & leisure centres are within walking distance. Buses to downtown Seville depart every fifteen minutes. Bus stop is only 150 metres from Villa-Andalucia.

All eight bedrooms were named after the eight andalusian provinces.
There are six double rooms with two individual beds and two rooms with queen-size beds, all of them with a full private bathroom.

• Córdoba 22,5 m2: Double room with shower.
• Granada 20 m2: Double room with shower.
• Almería 19 m2: Double room with shower.

• Jaén 14 m2: Double room, queen-size bed with shower.
• Huelva 12 m2: Double room, queen-size bed with shower.

Located in the mezzanine, there is the 70m2 main lounge “Aljarafe” equipped with a fireplace. It is a perfect space for relaxing, reading, talking, etc.
21m2 fully-equipped kitchen: ceramic hob cooker, laundry room, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridges and all utensils included.

On the first floor you will find the other three rooms along with a solarium where you can get a suntan privately.

On the lower floor there is a spacious multi-purpose 50m2 room called “La bodega” also equipped with a fireplace, which can be used as a dining room, meeting room or TV room.

The house has a gorgeous outdoor swimming pool along with a veranda where guests are welcome to have lunch or supper.

The house’s regular capacity (14-16 persons) can be extended up to 17-19 guests maximum with three additional beds at a 18 EUR daily rate each.

If necessary, in the basement there is a small apartment furnished with four beds and a bathroom with shower which can be used by four more people at an additional 60 EUR daily rate.

Daily cleaning of all rooms from Monday to Friday except holidays, bathrooms and common facilities 10 Euros per hour.
